Venessa Wins Advocate of the Year at the Neurodiverse Business AwardsMarch 2026

We are incredibly proud to share some brilliant news. Autism in Racing co-host Dr Venessa Bobb-Swaby has been named Advocate of the Year at the inaugural Neurodiverse Business Awards 2026.

The awards took place on 18 March 2026 at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, recognising 18 winners from over 400 nominations, as more than 450 business leaders gathered to celebrate neurodivergent talent and neuroinclusive employers across the UK.

The Advocate of the Year award recognises someone who has gone out of their way to advance neurodiversity in the workplace and champion the value of creating a neuroinclusive culture. With judges looking not only at the initiatives and campaigns led by nominees, but the real-world impact of their efforts.

As well as her work with Autism in Racing, Venessa founded A2ndvoice CIC, a non-profit organisation that supports the needs of autistic people and their families while raising awareness and understanding of the condition.

And in her own words, exclusively to Autism in Racing:

“I suppose winning this Neurodiverse Business Award has helped bring autism to the forefront, as well as the work being done in racing. It shows how important inclusion and employability really are.”

— Dr Venessa Bobb-Swaby, Autism in Racing

The Racing Post covered Venessa’s win, highlighting her dual role as Autism in Racing co-host and founder of A2ndvoice CIC. The piece focused on how her work bridges the gap between the autism community and the world of racing, connecting families across the UK with lived experience, practical support and a network of specialists. The Racing Post, Autism in Racing’s community partner, recognised the award as shining a spotlight on the importance of inclusion and reasonable adjustments in both sport and the wider workplace.

Congratulations, Venessa — this award is so well deserved. 🏆
